• My Trane (4-ton complete unit) IS AROUND 12 or 13 years old.  During this period, I only had to replace a fan motor.  Other than the fan motor, no problems at all.  I hjave the unit checked 2 times a year, winter and summer.  Replacement will be another Trane.  I will stay with Dyess for all my needs.  My last service call was to service my unit for winter.
