Andy, our tech, was very knowledgeable, courteous, with a professional appearance. I explained to him that we had unbalanced cooling at one end of our home. After a very thorough inspection and testing of the system, he found a resolved issue that was missed by the previous 2, possibly 3, service technicians. We have a service plan which includes 6-month check-ups. Great job Andy!
