Aaron provided emergency service for our HVAC system on a Sunday afternoon. He assessed the issue upon arrival and determined the issue was likely due to the drain system on the unit. He described his approach to us on the steps he would be taking to address the issue. His efforts were successful and the issue was resolved. Aaron also shared his thoughts on the configuration of the drain on the system and the recommended repairs (plumbing) that he recommended be performed to prevent future occurrences. Aaron was very knowledgeable and was focused on customer satisfaction for his services. We found Aaron to be kind, thorough, and honest and an excellent HVAC technician. We would highly recommend Dyess Air and Aaron.

Mark got here, opened up the unit, saw I had the I Flow system, said that’s good. I’m like yes, but it won’t allow me to install it on my phone so it’s just hanging there. They must have done an update to the app because when I went to it, it worked, so he set it up to keep drain lines clean. So after a year it works.

Nate came within the time window they gave me. He was dressed neat, introduced himself, and confirmed the services he was here to do. He immediately went to work with a maintenance check of all systems, then performed a WiFi thermostat install that I was not able to complete (first time with an electric heat pump / aux heat / AC set up). I waited over a week to write this to make sure heat and AC work, along with being able to access the system via WiFi. All has worked well. Final price was what they quoted me on the phone.
