Lead the Best Plumbing Department in the Business. You'll recruit, hire, and train top-notch field technicians, ensuring they’re always at the top of their game. REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience with some management experience preferred; plumbing license preferred
• Inspire and drive both personal and professional growth within the team.
• Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction and exceptional performance standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop field technicians.
• Oversee and coordinate with the dispatch department for job assignments.
• Set a positive tone and inspire technicians to achieve their goals daily.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Ability to relocate: Bluffton, SC 29910 (Relocate before starting work required)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
