Your New Role:

As a Plumbing Technician at Dyess, every day brings something new. One call might be helping a family get hot water again, and the next could be installing a brand‑new system. No matter the task, you’ll have the training, tools, and support to do your best work while making a real difference in people’s lives.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings
• Perform installations of water heaters, fixtures, piping, and other plumbing equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain options and solutions in plain language
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance
• Follow all safety protocols, codes, and Dyess standards on every job
• Continue learning through ongoing training and certifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred (apprentices welcome to apply)
• Outgoing personality suitable for a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude toward life.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and motivated to grow
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
