Could Not Be Happier
Memorial Day weekend and the A/C takes a break. Called Dyess late Sunday night and was informed that I would receive a call back Monday. I had requested the first available open spot. Received the call at 7:55 a.m.; the tech would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. J arrived, conducted tests, and had the issue resolved and A/C operating in a short period of time. Very nice young man and provided an explanation of the issue and how to resolve. Could not be happier. I will be contacting Dyess Tuesday morning to review maintenance plans.
