We Are Certainly Glad We Made the Choice
Xavier met with us about a week ago, and after conferring with him, Dyess office personnel, and the dealer for Kohler toilets, we decided to have Dyess order, pick up, and install 2 toilets. Today those toilets were installed, and we are certainly glad we made the choice for an end-to-end job. Xavier did all the work, and he is very professional and super at communicating with his customer. We can’t say more, but if we need a plumber in the future, we will call on Dyess and Xavier.

Xavier is an excellent communicator and easily instills confidence in the client. I expected a short meeting focused on installation of a new toilet; that probably took 10 minutes. My plan was to get the toilet and have Dyess install it. Now I am going to have them order, deliver, and install the toilet, all based on conversation with an experienced, knowledgeable, and trusted installer, Xavier.
