Your New Role:

• Follow the system: Master the Dyess's Service System on every install.

• You’ve got the experience: At least 3 years in the HVAC field with a clean driving record.
• You’re certification-ready: You either have or are willing to get your EPA Universal License.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HVAC field
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• EPA Universal License: Must have or be willing to obtain
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Valid Driver's License: Must have and maintain a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain communication with your install manager and team
• Follow Dyess's Service System on every install
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• Keep your truck inventory up to date
• Properly complete paperwork
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
