The Big Task

You will coordinate sales leads ensuring they turn in to appointments with our sales team. While working within our box stores, you will receive incoming leads from customers and do whatever is necessary to help achieve department sales goals.

Key Sub Tasks

• Develop key client relationships by establishing customer rapport.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Provide support for our sales team.
• Track results of sales calls and produce weekly reports to Sales/Management.
• Work with the install team to ensure the install board is full.
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.

Job Description

As the Lead Generator, you will work in the Bluffton, Pooler, Savannah, and Rincon Box Stores. Your responsibility is not to close the sale, but instead, help to guide the client in booking an appointment with our Sales team. This position is an outside sales position, located physically within our Box Stores, and is focused on prospecting and lead generation. You will work closely with our sales team and direct to the Sales Manager. This position does not offer remote working availability.
