A dedicated member of the Dyess team since 2000, Andy now serves as our Career Development Coach after years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician. In his current role, he focuses on training and mentoring our field team, helping technicians grow their skills and build rewarding careers. He also plays a key role in recruiting new talent, ensuring the next generation of techs upholds the Dyess standard.

Outside of work, Andy is a proud father of two who enjoys hunting, staying active, and making lasting memories with his children. His commitment to both professional development and family values makes him an essential part of the Dyess culture.
